Fabrizio Amati and Salvatore Caredda, the life-long friends, have been very successful in establishing Allora Cucina Italiana in West L.A. Now it is time to continue their hard-earned success and respect in the San Fernando Valley.

Salvatore was born and raised in Italy, on the beautiful island of Sardinia. Before arriving in California, Salvatore worked in Europe in the hotel and restaurant industry. In Los Angeles, Salvatore has been a successful restaurateur for over 30 years. He opened and operated a hugely popular Il Balcone Ristorante in Encino and Sherman Oaks, which thrived for 30 years.
- Fabrizio Amati
Fabrizio hales from Central Italy, a region called Marche. His journey started in the food industry over 30 years ago and took him all over Europe. Following his arrival to L.A. during 1980′s, Fabrizio opened and successfully operated La Finestra Ristorante in Tarzana for over a decade.
