Benvenuti! Welcome to the authentically delicious Italian cuisine! Ancora Cucina Italiana has now opened its kitchen, dining room and its heart to everyone in San Fernando Valley! After a few years of absence, Fabrizio Amati and Salvatore Caredda are back in the Valley.

About Us

The Italian word "ancora" means "again" in English. Indeed, the owners of Ancora Cucina Italiana are well known to the Valley residents. Fabrizio used to own La Finestra in the same Tarzana location and Salvatore was the owner of Il Balcone in Sherman Oaks.
